White Masterbatch

White masterbatch generally used to add white color to polymeric products. Treated rutile TiO2 is used. This pigment has a higher refractive index than any other white pigments, giving better light-scattering power. It has good chemical and thermal stability. Moreover, titanium dioxide imparts a degree of UV protection to the polymer by absorbing the UV light of spectrum and blocking some UV radiation,

Basta polymer iranian white masterbatches with Bewhite® brand name are produced based on different career resins and containing 20-80 % white pigment content in them.

The company produces all kinds of white masterbatches, especially high filled grade, based on special formulations using the high-tech machines. These masterbatches have a distinct quality from the domestic products and compete with the best external specimens.

Characteristics

  • Coating of primary particles with polymer

Black Masterbatch

Carbon black is the most important pigment that used extensively throughout the plastics industry for producing of black masterbatches. Absorbing essentially all visible wavelengths by carbon black cause to achieve the black end-products. This pigment has a great tendency to agglomerate and therefore the good distribution of black carbon particles in the polymer resin is particular importance.

Basta polymer iranian black masterbatches with Beblack® brand name are manufactured using an improved formulation with various types of career resins and containing 25-42 % black pigment content in them. In this product, carbon black particles are used in a suitable and controlled manner, which increases the surface area of the pigment, resulting in increased deep black color as well as various other properties.

Characteristics

  • High-quality dispersion in polymer base
  • Uniform particle size
  • High Brightness and shining
  • Easy flow / Low viscosity products
  • No bloom

Advantages

  • Excellent dispersion and coating
  • Durability against extreme weather conditions
  • Improve heat stability
  • Improve processability
  • UV stability
